New footage from the long-awaited sequel, Avatar: The Way of Water, teases struggle on Pandora. “Our home. Our family. Our fortress,” reads the tagline alongside the footage, which sees the blissful household lifetime of Jake and Neytiri come crashing down when the militaristic RDA returns for sources and revenge. Set greater than a decade after the occasions of the primary movie, Avatar: The Way of Water tells the story of the Sully household, the difficulty that follows them, the lengths they go to maintain one another protected, the battles they struggle to remain alive, and the tragedies they endure.
“I’m a father of five. I look around – I don’t want to specifically say the Marvel Universe, or the DC Universe – at current fantasy and science-fiction and all these heroes seem unbound in the mire of relationships, the stuff that pulls you down and clips your wings, that stops you running around and risking your life,” James Cameron defined when requested about following a household within the sequel. “I thought, ‘What if I take these incredible characters of Jake and Neytiri and give them a family?’ That gives them feet of clay right there.”
Avatar: The Way of Water might want to see massive numbers on the field workplace to be thought of a monetary success. Cameron not too long ago known as the sci-fi motion sequel “the worst business case in movie history,” and revealed that “You have to be the third or fourth highest-grossing film in history. That’s your threshold. That’s your break even.”
